    1. Purchase my FALL PACKAGE! You get a full hour flow, a shorter grounded stretchy flow, a meditation, and journaling prompts to guide you into fall! Pay what you can!

    2. Zoom with me so we can be “together” through a screen. This is currently being revamped with my schedule and life changes. Stay tuned for a weekly class.
